It should first be noted that your buyers will automatically receive an email notification once you have reviewed their requests and sent their plan and quote for signature. The emails received by your buyers are sent in your name (white label).

Visuary is a collaborative tool that allows you to share information with your buyers, but also among professionals. For messaging or chat-type exchanges with buyers, we recommend using CRMs specifically designed for this, like Happywait or Unlatch.
