You can add three types of comments on the sales plans. In all cases, this is done via your TMA button, under the 'Quote' tab.

Reversibility-related comments

By selecting the "Reversibility required" option, a free text field will open. Here you can list information related to the lot’s reversibility:

This comment will appear in green on the sales plan that will be signed by your buyer:

Tip: Select the "Reversibility required" option even if you do not want to add comments. This plan will then be flagged as needing a reversibility contract in your Excel 'TMA Recap' export. This will simplify the processing of reversibility contracts moving forward.

General comments

By selecting the "Free comment area on the sales plan" option, a free text field will open. You can enter any type of comment you wish. Many developers use this feature to list, in condensed form and in their own words, the modifications made to the plan. Others use it to highlight a specific detail that is not visible on a 2D sales plan.

This comment will appear in red on the sales plan that will be signed by your buyer:

Precise technical comments/information

You can now add annotations on your plan to include information in specific areas of the plan. A "Annotations" button is available in the menu on the left side of your screen. Simply click on "Text label" and place it wherever you want on the plan.

These annotations will be visible on the sales plan that will be signed by your buyer.
