Many documents are available to you (accessible according to the role(s) associated with your user account) to facilitate the tracking of customizations on your project, from validation with buyers to execution on site, including contractor orders.

Documents Available in the "Documents" Menu

The documents available here are linked to a specific housing unit. You will find:

  • The latest updated sales plan (for more information, click here)
  • The latest updated quote (for more information, click here)
  • The unit floorplan in DXF format—customizations must be signed by the buyer to be considered on this plan.
The DXF format, short for Drawing eXchange Format, is a file format created by Autodesk for exchanging CAD files between CAD systems that do not use the same native file format.

By clicking on the arrow next to the documents, you can find all the plans and quotes electronically signed by the buyer in Visuary (for more information, click here).

Documents Available in the "Export" Menu

The documents available here are useful for tracking customizations internally as well as updating contracts with your contractors. You will find:

  • Floor plans in DXF format (for more information, click here)
  • Floor plans in PDF format (for more information, click here)
  • Quantities (for more information, click here)
  • Accounting recap (for more information, click here)
  • TMA recap (for more information, click here)
Floor plans, quantities, and the accounting recap are automatically updated as soon as a customization is signed by the buyer.

Documents Available in the "Share" Menu

The documents available here are useful for the execution phase on site. This allows you to download a PDF with a QR code for each housing unit, which contains the latest updated plan and the unit's measurements.
