The buyers have the option to make special requests to you through the configurator. This allows them to request changes that they cannot perform themselves, such as moving walls, for example.

From the "Summary" tab of the configurator, they can place as many markers as they wish on the plan and detail their requests. They also have the option to add documents to send you to complete their requests.

When there are special requests on a housing unit, you will land directly on the "Special Requests" tab when you click the TMA button. You must then process each request by either accepting or rejecting it. Any modifications you make to the plan while processing these requests will automatically update the quote.

The quote can only be sent to the buyer once all special requests have been processed.
