You have just submitted your customization requests: You cannot access your configurator while your developer is processing your requests. If necessary, your developer may grant you access again once they have finished processing your initial requests.

Your documents have been sent for signing or have been signed: Your customizations are considered complete, so you can no longer make additional customizations. If needed, your developer will grant you access again after signing to make other choices.

The customization phase is over: If the deadline has passed, your developer may have closed your access to the configurator because processing your requests is no longer possible. We encourage you to contact your developer to discuss this issue.

You are experiencing a connection issue: If you cannot log in to your account, check your credentials and internet connection. If the problem persists, contact support via the chat available on your login page.
