For professionals - I can't send my quote to the buyer

Several reasons may explain why you are unable to send your quote for signature:

  • You haven't saved your latest changes.
  • There is an error in the buyer's email address or phone number.
  • You left a field blank in the buyer's name (for example: both last name and first name entered in the Last Name field, leaving the First Name field blank).
  • You have requested validation of your plan, and the unit's status is "Reviewing". Until the Validator processes the request, sending the quote to the client is blocked.
  • The housing unit is accessible to the buyer, who has control over the configurator, preventing you from accessing your customizations management interface.
