- You submit your customization requests via the configurator. You no longer have access to the configurator and cannot make any additional customizations.
- Your developer automatically receives an email informing them of the transmission of your customizations.
- They review and study your special requests, integrate them into your plan, and estimate the costs. If necessary, they will contact you for additional information regarding your requests.
- Once your requests have been reviewed and approved by your developer, you will be notified by email.
- You will then have access to the electronic signature for your estimate and plan.
The review and verification process by your promoter can sometimes take a while. Customizations often require multi-level validation, including approvals from the technical director, architect, and control office. Don’t worry if you haven’t received your validated estimate and plan after several days or weeks.
