If certain furniture items, such as appliances, affect the electrical or plumbing installations of your home, this will be taken into account and added to your quote.
Equipment, electrical outlets, and coverings will be supplied and installed by your developer.
It is possible that some of your equipment, like a hand basin for example, may be noted as "waiting." This means that the location and connection for the hand basin will be planned, but the hand basin itself will not be provided by the developer. It will be your responsibility to purchase and install it later, in accordance with the specifications outlined in your plan.
