Alerts may appear on your configurator depending on the customizations you've made to your plan. There are three types of alerts you might encounter:

Collision Alert

To detect collisions, switch to the 2D plan. Items involved in collisions will appear in red, alerting you to resolve any issues. Collision alerts occur when customization choices create technical or practical incompatibilities. For example, installing a sliding door in a wall with electrical wires or plumbing pipes may not be feasible. Similarly, placing a closet in front of a window may block natural light.

It's crucial to address these alerts to avoid mistakes in your customization. If a collision alert appears, consider revising your choices or making a special request to your developer if an alternative solution is possible.

Distance Alert Between a Duct and Plumbing Element

Technical constraints must be considered when customizing your home. Plumbing elements should be close to a duct for proper connection. If you add or move a plumbing element more than 3 meters from a duct, a collision alert will trigger.

To resolve this issue, move your plumbing element closer to an existing duct. If this isn't feasible, your customization might be rejected by the developer.

Accessibility Compliance Alert

The Construction and Housing Code requires consideration of accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Specific areas, such as circles and rectangles in the bathroom, master bedroom, and entrance, must remain free of obstructions.

If you still wish to install equipment in these areas, you'll need to sign a reversibility contract. This contract outlines simple tasks required to return the home to its original state, ensuring that it remains accessible for people with reduced mobility.

To remove this alert, click "Agree" (note that this does not include signing the reversibility contract).
