- The validator receives an email informing them that a validation is requested for a specific housing unit (one email is sent for each request per unit).
- From this email, they can directly access the plan.
- The validator can view the plan in various modes (differentiated view, 2D, 3D), as well as all the items on the quote without the prices.
- At the bottom of the quote, there is a text box available for leaving a comment for the person who made the validation request.
- The validator can then accept or reject the modified plan as is.
- When all validators have approved a plan, or if a validator has rejected a modification request, a notification email is sent to the program administrators as well as to the plan editors.
Validators cannot modify the plans or quotes; their input is simply advisory.
Validators have access, from their Visuary console, to download the sales plans and DXF and PDF floor plans.
