For professionals - What happens to the validator when a validation request has been sent to them?

  1. The validator receives an email informing them that a validation is requested for a specific housing unit (one email is sent for each request per unit).
  2. From this email, they can directly access the plan.
  3. The validator can view the plan in various modes (differentiated view, 2D, 3D), as well as all the items on the quote without the prices.
  4. At the bottom of the quote, there is a text box available for leaving a comment for the person who made the validation request. 
  5. The validator can then accept or reject the modified plan as is.
  6. When all validators have approved a plan, or if a validator has rejected a modification request, a notification email is sent to the program administrators as well as to the plan editors. 
Validators cannot modify the plans or quotes; their input is simply advisory.
 Validators have access, from their Visuary console, to download the sales plans and DXF and PDF floor plans.
