The different statuses allow you to track the progress of a project in real time and get an overview of the progress of the customizations on your program.

Here is the meaning of the different statuses:

  • Assigned

The housing unit has been assigned to a buyer. No customizations are currently in progress.

  • Customizing

Customizations are in progress on the housing unit via the configurator but have not yet been submitted. This status appears as soon as a customization is in progress on the configurator, regardless of whether a buyer is assigned or not.

  • Submitted

Customizations have been made on the configurator and submitted. You now have control over processing these requests.

  • Processing

You are currently processing the requests but have not yet sent the estimate to the buyer.

  • Reviewing

You have requested validation of the plan from one or more Validators, who are currently reviewing these requests.

  • Validated

You have sent the estimate and plan to the buyer after processing their requests so that they can make additional requests.

  • Signing

You have sent the estimate and plan to the buyer for electronic signature.

  • Signed

The buyer has signed their estimate electronically.

  • Paid

When the housing unit status is "Signed," you can click on this status and manually change it to "Paid" to update it. This status is purely indicative.

  • Paused

When the unit’s access is not in Developer mode, you can manually revert to this access to remove a user’s access and pause the action that was in progress, changing the status to "Paused."

  • Creating

The housing unit is in Creator mode, and modifications are in progress on the original plan.

You can hover over the different statuses with your mouse to display a small descriptive text of the current status.
