To assign a housing unit to a buyer, simply click the "Assign" button for the corresponding unit. Then, fill in the buyer's personal information and click "OK"
The buyer will then receive an email inviting them to create a personal account to configure their housing unit.
Make sure to provide a correct postal address so that it appears on the buyer's quote. Also, ensure you enter their phone number so they can electronically sign their quote once their requests have been processed.
In the case of an established connection between Visuary and your CRM tool such as Unlatch, Happywait, or Immolead, the assignment of buyers is done automatically on Visuary as soon as buyers access the configurator via their personal space on the CRM tool in question.
