The surface areas indicated on your plan are automatically recalculated when you move, add, or remove partitions. If an area seems incorrect, it is likely due to an error in the room boundaries that has caused two rooms to merge. 

Make sure that your walls are properly connected to each other and that the room separators are correctly connected to the walls.
